Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns

We have a 28 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and then a further 14 days to return the item to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible to pay the £4.99 return postage cost.

To start a return, contact us at enquiries@holmesandwilson.co.uk and we’ll send you instructions on how and where to return your item.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

You have 30 days from the date you receive the goods to return the item for a full refund.

Please contact us at enquiries@holmesandwilson.co.uk and include the following information:

  1. Your Name
  2. Order number
  3. Item name
  4. Picture of the fault or damage
  5. Description of the fault or damage

We’ll then send you instructions on how and where to return your item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchange

We don’t offer an exchange. If you require an exchange you need to return your item and reorder. A refund will be processed once we’ve received your unwanted item.
