Delivery Times

Your item will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

For example: if you place an order on Monday the latest delivery day will be 7 days later, on Wednesday.

You will receive an email containing the parcel tracking information once the item is ready for despatch. If you have any questions about your delivery, please contact us at enquiries@holmesandwilson.co.uk and include your name and order number.

International, BFPO, Channel Islands and PO Box

We currently only deliver to UK postcodes.

We do not deliver to the Channel Islands, PO Box or British Forces Post Office (BFPO) locations.

Why is my order late?

Most of our deliveries take place between 8am to 9pm, 5 days a week. On occasions deliveries can be delayed due to events out of our control, when this happens your delivery will normally take place on the next working day.

Can I cancel my order?

We start to work on your order as soon as it has been placed, due to this, we are unable to cancel or edit any orders. If you no longer require the item, please contact us at enquiries@holmesandwilson.co.uk to start a return.

How long do I have to return an item?

We have a 28 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and then a further 14 days to return the item to us.

I received a faulty or damaged item, what do I do?

You have 30 days from the date you receive the goods to return the item for a full refund.

Please contact us at enquiries@holmesandwilson.co.uk and include the following information:

  1. Your Name
  2. Order number
  3. Item name
  4. Picture of the fault or damage
  5. Description of the fault or damage

We’ll then send you instructions on how and where to return your item.

How do I return an item?

To start a return, please contact us at enquiries@holmesandwilson.co.uk and include the following information:

  1. Your Name
  2. Order number
  3. Item name
  4. Reason for return

We’ll then send you instructions on how and where to return your item.

Why is there no packing slip or return label in my parcel?

We have gone paperless; this means we no longer send these in most of our parcels.

Can I exchange an item?

We don’t offer an exchange. If you require an exchange you need to return your item and reorder. A refund will be processed once we’ve received your unwanted item.

How long does it take to refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and approved your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Do you refund the delivery charge?

We will only refund the cost of postage to return an item if you have been sent incorrect goods or they are faulty or damaged.

I have a missing item in my order, what do I do?

If you have ordered more than one item these may be sent in separate parcels, please check your email for tracking information. If you still have an item missing, then please contact us at enquiries@holmesandwilson.co.uk

Discount codes

Please remember to apply the discount code at the checkout. If you're having issues applying a discount code to your order, these are some of the things to check:

  • Check if the discount code has an expiry date. Some of our codes have time limits and your order must be placed before the discount code expires.
  • If you already have a discount code applied. Only one code can be used per order.
  • The discount code has applied to some but not all the items in my basket. Some discount codes only apply to certain products and may not be available site wide.

Payment methods

We accept the following payment cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay.         

Please note: All payments must be made online when placing your order. We do not have the functionality to place an order on your behalf.

When you submit your order, we will immediately contact your bank or card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account.

Tax information

Prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable VAT.
