Delivery Information

UK Delivery Charge

We have a standard delivery charge of £4.99 per order.

We aim to deliver the item within 5 to 7 working days from the date of order (excluding weekends and bank holidays). For example: if you place an order on Monday the latest delivery day will be 7 days later, on Wednesday.

Please note: Christmas and New Year deliveries may take longer than usual.

Express delivery

In some cases, we may be able to offer express delivery. Before placing the order, email us at enquiries@holmesandwilson.co.uk stating the name of the product and your postcode. We will respond as soon as possible.

Delivery partners

We currently use Royal Mail, Parcelforce, UPS and EVRI courier services. The service provider used to deliver your item, will depend on the item ordered.

International, BFPO, Channel Islands and PO Box

We currently only deliver to UK postcodes.

We do not deliver to the Channel Islands, PO Box or British Forces Post Office (BFPO) locations.

Reduce and Reuse Policy

At Holmes & Wilson we are doing our best to help the environment.

A box is a box, it’s what’s in it that counts. Therefore, where possible, we buy in bulk to reduce packaging and use very clean recycled boxes. This means that your item may not be packed in a brand-new box however, you will be delighted with what’s inside!
